Job Description
Shark Technologies is seeking a qualified Dialer Administrator to join our US-based call center in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will oversee and enhance the performance of our automated call center dialing systems. Key responsibilities include configuring campaigns, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring compliance with telemarketing regulations.
This position necessitates strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues, the ability to analyze call data to improve agent productivity, and generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Candidates with prior experience in a US-based call center are preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.
