Job Description
Delenzo Studio, located in High Q Tower, Jail Road, Gulberg V, Lahore, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service across multiple channels, managing orders, processing refunds, and efficiently resolving any inquiries or issues that may arise.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, be fluent in both English and Urdu, possess familiarity with CRM tools, and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach to customer interactions.
Compensation: The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs55,00.00 to Rs60,00.00.
