Job Description
Join our dynamic team at c2o as a Taxi Booking Operator experienced in Cordic Software. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers across the UK, assisting with taxi bookings and modifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing airport bookings efficiently.
- Accepting payments over the phone securely.
- Escalating complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Addressing driver queries and grievances promptly.
We require candidates to have excellent listening skills and a proficient British accent to ensure exceptional customer service. Previous experience in an inbound call center is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
