Job Description
Leads Expert BPO is actively seeking dynamic and confident individuals for the role of Call Center Verifier. In this position, the selected candidates will be tasked with making outbound calls to confirm client details, address inquiries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Salary: Starting at PKR 60,00/- per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information through outbound communication.
- Provide accurate responses tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions.
- Upsell products or services when appropriate.
- Deliver outstanding service with a professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
