Job Description

As a Chat Support Representative at Omega Tech Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing prompt assistance and fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Collaborate on product changes; customer support experience preferred.
