Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Salary Range: Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, plus performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage customers with outstanding debts.
- Engage and track debtors to promote timely repayment.
- Address customer inquiries, questions, and complaints promptly.
- Develop and execute effective debt collection strategies.
- Negotiate beneficial payment plans with customers.
- Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding accounts efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in collections or recovery management.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong and clear communication skills.
- Proven negotiation abilities.
