Job Description
Garmor Corporation is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment process, maintain employee records, assist with attendance and payroll, support the onboarding of new hires, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in managing attendance and payroll functions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
