Job Description
Real Beauty is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Ecommerce Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer calls after order placement to confirm details and promote add-on purchases. The perfect candidate should have exceptional communication skills in Urdu for phone interactions and strong written English skills for chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm orders and validate delivery addresses.
- Address customer inquiries professionally.
- Promote upselling and encourage add-on sales during calls.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in telesales or eCommerce is a plus.
Location: Mughalpura, Lahore. This is a full-time position with a salary of PKR 30,00 plus incentives.
