Job Description
Prime BPO is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Closer to join our Med Alert campaign team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in closing deals and delivering exceptional client service.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in closing sales and providing client service.
- Highly punctual, hardworking, and self-motivated.
- Able to effectively manage sales and escalation calls.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with strong rebuttal capabilities.
- Experience in customer management.
- Must be 22 years or older and possess a minimum of a high school diploma.
