Job Description
The Qadri Group of Companies is actively seeking a dedicated Performance Management Specialist to spearhead the development and management of our Performance Management System (PMS). In this role, you will work closely with department heads to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are in alignment with our business objectives. You will also oversee PMS cycles and facilitate training sessions on PMS processes.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing performance trends, proposing improvement strategies, and ensuring transparency in evaluations across all departments. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources and possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
This is a full-time position based at Canal Bank Izmir Town, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance.
