Job Description
Backbone Structures is actively seeking a dedicated Branch Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, providing exceptional and courteous service.
Your key responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, coordinating appointment schedules, overseeing communications, assisting with administrative tasks, and organizing branch events.
