Job Description
Indus Motor is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Manager in our Manufacturing Division. The successful applicant will have 8-10 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of maintenance systems, management of PLCs and instrumentation, oversight of spare parts management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean practices. Additionally, the role involves revamping our Training Center to enhance skill development.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication capabilities.
