Job Description

P-Tech is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our night shift team (7:00 pm to 2:00 am). The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Human Resources and BPO HR processes.

Responsibilities: Maintain employee records, manage payroll and benefits, develop recruitment processes, advise on HR policies, monitor employee performance, handle grievances.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, HR experience, knowledge of employment law, excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher. Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
