Job Description
Texo Poly Industries Private Limited is actively seeking a qualified HR and Payroll Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a BBA, MBA, BS, or MS in Human Resource Management and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance tracking
- Management of payroll
- Overtime, loans, and leave administration
- Proficiency in Excel and Word; familiarity with HRIS is preferred
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
Compensation for this role is Rs. 70,00 per month, alongside attractive benefits. This is a full-time position that requires in-office attendance.
