Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at Innovative Infinity Solutions for the night shift (7:00 PM to 2:00 AM). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR and experience in a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities: employee records management, payroll, recruitment, performance monitoring, and employee relations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, HR experience, understanding of employment law, excellent communication and organizational skills.
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
