Job Description
Bilal Consultancy Ltd is currently searching for a dependable and skilled IT Assistant to support our daily technology operations. This position involves assisting faculty and students with Google Workspace management, maintaining computer labs, troubleshooting technical issues, and overseeing the security camera systems on campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Google Admin Console and manage user accounts.
- Assist with the maintenance and software installation of computer labs.
- Install and monitor CCTV cameras throughout the campus.
- Provide general IT support to staff and students.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of computers and network systems.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Minimum education: Diploma in an IT-related field.
