Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ViciDial Expert / VoIP Specialist to manage and optimize our ViciDial systems at HRAY Solutions. The ideal candidate will handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ViciDial and VoIP systems to ensure smooth call center operations.
Responsibilities: Set up ViciDial servers, manage call campaigns, monitor performance, create user accounts, and develop custom scripts.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or related experience, proficiency in ViciDial, knowledge of VoIP protocols, and Linux.
