Job Description
Mars Junction, a division of Mars BPO PVT LTD, is seeking a committed IT Assistant for our Gulzar-e-Quaid branch in Rawalpindi. This full-time night shift role is critical for the seamless operation of our BPO services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and maintain workstations and networking systems.
- Install and manage operating systems as well as industry-specific software.
- Ensure system security and implement data backup protocols.
- Provide immediate technical support to staff as needed.
Requirements: A minimum of 1-year experience in a BPO IT environment, strong skills in hardware and networking, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month.
