Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. This full-time position requires working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing client inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls, following up with leads, building lasting client relationships, collaborating to resolve queries, and maintaining accurate records using our CRM system.
Qualifications include fluency in Urdu and English, with 1-2 years of experience in customer service. Applicants must have access to a personal laptop or PC and a stable internet connection.
Compensation ranges from PKR 10,00 to 30,00, including performance-based incentives.
