Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a reputable telecom company, is seeking enthusiastic Banking Helpline Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for answering customer calls professionally, addressing inquiries and complaints effectively, processing orders and payments with precision, and managing customer account updates.
Salary: Between Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month, with performance-based incentives available.
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, along with at least 6 months of customer service experience in the banking sector. Experience with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns is an advantage.
Location: Lahore (in-person).
