Job Description
Book 4 Trip, a frontrunner in the tourism and hotel booking industry, is looking for a skilled Customer Support / Operations Officer to join our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit fluent communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage professional email correspondence.
- Oversee backend operations for hotel bookings.
- Prepare accurate invoices and maintain booking records.
- Manage supplier sales reports and track upcoming bookings.
- Deliver exceptional customer support via email and phone.
- Maintain professionalism in all forms of communication.
- Complete daily tasks efficiently and on time.
