Job Description

Agahe Pakistan is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Area Manager for Microfinance operations across several districts, including Okara, Pakpattan, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Khanewal, Layyah, Rajanpur, Kasur, and Vehari.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify loan disbursements.
• Conduct recovery visits and meetings.
• Ensure business quality and compliance with organizational policies.
• Monitor team performance and effectively manage conflicts.
• Conduct periodic compliance monitoring related to AML/CFT.

Compensation and Benefits: Our employees enjoy a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month, based on experience, along with a Provident Fund, EOBI, bonuses, health insurance, and more.
