Job Description
ENCS Networks is on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the Director. This pivotal role involves supporting our senior leadership in daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. The Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough administrative support to the Director.
- Manage the Director’s calendar and schedule appointments.
- Prepare and refine documents, including reports and presentations.
- Serve as the primary contact between the Director and stakeholders.
