Job Description
HR First Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager of Warehouse and Trucking to oversee our logistics operations. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Manage warehouse and trucking operations across various locations.
- Ensure precise inventory management and prompt dispatch of goods.
- Develop fleet schedules and oversee trucking logistics.
- Enforce safety and compliance standards throughout operations.
- Train and lead warehouse staff and truck drivers.
- Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure efficient logistics flow.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; 4-6 years of relevant experience; demonstrated leadership abilities; and proficient knowledge of inventory management systems.
