Job Description

Emenac Inc is seeking a Sales Agent for our Early Morning Shift from 3 AM to 12 PM Pakistan Time.

Job Description:

• Excellent English grammar and typing skills
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Convincing customers to retain orders
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Resolve customer complaints via various channels
• Assist with orders, refunds, or exchanges

Requirements:

• 2+ years in an International call center as a Sales Closer
• Minimum graduation
• Good customer service skills
