Job Description
SHADES OF ZARA is on the lookout for a visionary and dynamic CEO to drive our company forward. The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing the company’s vision and mission, as well as crafting an annual growth strategy. This role involves leading all department heads, which include Production, E-commerce, Marketing, and Finance.
Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in fashion manufacturing and e-commerce operations, coupled with a proven track record in business scaling and team leadership. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and a solid foundation in financial planning are essential.
This is a full-time, 11-month contract position with a starting salary of Rs 100,00/month, requiring in-person attendance.
