Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Officer to become a key member of our team at SIAC Waste Management Services. In this role, you will oversee daily attendance management, track employee attendance records, and maintain comprehensive personnel files.
Your duties will include preparing monthly attendance reports and facilitating the opening of bank accounts for employees. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring efficient HR operations across both rural and urban settings.
This position is available in Chunian or Pattoki. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably a BBA in HR, along with 3–4 years of relevant experience, is required.
