Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive. The successful candidate will address customer inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer incoming customer calls.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Process customer orders and conduct payment verifications.
- Maintain and update customer accounts with pertinent information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs45,00 (Plus performance-based incentives)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
