Job Description
TATA Pakistan is on the lookout for a qualified professional to fill the position of Manager of Administration & Employee Relations. This pivotal role encompasses managing employee relations, ensuring adherence to labor laws, addressing grievances, and promoting an inclusive work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Administration and Industrial Relations within a manufacturing setting, along with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, complemented by a Diploma in Industrial Relations & Labor Law; an LLB is considered an advantage.
