Job Description
CSR SERVICES LLC, a prominent Real Estate Company based in the USA, is seeking to hire Cold Callers. This role offers an attractive salary of up to 60,00 PKR, along with a commission of $100 for each successful closing.
Office Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Work Hours: From 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (PST)
Open Positions: 6
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
- Discuss the advantages of cash offers for their properties.
- Record details about property conditions and seller motivations.
- Maintain precise call logs and update the CRM system accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Previous cold calling experience is preferred, but highly motivated fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply!
