Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately verify customer details and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Professional communication with customers over the phone.
- Identify and escalate any discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in real time.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in verification or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
