Job Description
Nexia Tech is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) Trainee for our Ghulshan-e-Iqbal location. This full-time position will run from 2 PM to 10 PM and is exclusively open to female candidates. As a CSR Trainee, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat.
- Address complaints and provide comprehensive product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to multitask.
Compensation: Rs 15,00 – 25,00 per month, plus commission.
