Job Description

MeshSq is currently on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Upwork Bidder to spearhead our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, crafting personalized proposals, and securing projects on Upwork and similar platforms. This role involves close collaboration with our marketing and project teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction from the initial interaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Submitting bids on relevant projects and composing professional proposals.
• Engaging with clients to fully comprehend project requirements.
• Meeting monthly targets for lead generation and project conversions.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a comparable role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Salary: 80,00 to 100,00 PKR per month

Office Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
