Job Description
Shift Duration: 8 Hours (Full-Time)
Abacus Outsourcing is actively looking for enthusiastic and fluent English-speaking individuals to join our International Campaign focused on the UAE Market. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a superior level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Intermediate.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills.
