Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous Operations Executive to oversee night shift operations for our U.S.-based facilities. This position is remote and will be supported by our back-office operations center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional English communication skills and possess strong remote management capabilities, particularly in problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational activities and ensure continuous business operations during night shifts.
- Collaborate with vendors to address maintenance and operational requirements.
- Quickly resolve issues and emergencies, ensuring timely solutions.
- Compile and submit end-of-shift reports for efficient handover.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English with excellent communication proficiency.
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
