Job Description
GM Marketing is seeking a dedicated full-time QA Executive to enhance our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding quality standards, monitoring processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sampling for effective auditing.
- Perform daily recordings and reviews of CRM data.
- Provide feedback within 48 hours.
- Identify and escalate critical issues in real-time.
- Prepare daily reports on new leads.
- Review calls and messages for compliance.
- Spot errors and process gaps.
- Assist in calibration sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Previous QA or call center experience is a plus.
