Job Description
Tech Plugin Call Connect is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Transport Manager to lead our transportation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning efficient delivery routes, managing driver schedules, and providing essential support to both our drivers and customers throughout their journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize routes to ensure timely and cost-efficient transportation.
- Oversee driver schedules to guarantee optimal coverage and adherence to regulations.
- Offer on-road assistance to drivers and customers as needed.
- Quickly identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Communicate route updates and delays clearly.
- Leverage computer systems for logistics management and performance analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
