We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to enhance our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support through phone and email communication. Your main responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

To qualify, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, possess at least 6 months of customer service experience, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
