Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Mess Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dining area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared and served promptly, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Your duties will include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations. Strong leadership skills and prior experience in food service management are critical for this position.
