Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining accurate employee records, overseeing attendance and payroll, and supporting performance management initiatives. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws while facilitating training and development programs. Addressing employee inquiries and providing comprehensive HR support will also be part of your role.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant HR experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of HR functions, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
