Job Description
Salah Travels is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and confident Travel Consultant who possesses exceptional communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English to effectively interact with international clients and open to working night shifts. We welcome fresh graduates to apply; however, prior experience in sales or customer support is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking Hajj & Umrah travel packages.
- Engage professionally with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email communications.
- Convert leads into successful sales by following up and nurturing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English.
- Preferred experience in sales or customer service (minimum 3 months).
