Job Description
The Management Trainee Officer (HR) will play a vital role in supporting daily HR and administrative operations at The Value Engineering. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in essential HR functions and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing and attendance record management.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies.
- Support training coordination and performance management activities.
- Maintain organized internal documentation and filing systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–6 months of experience in HR or administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
