Job Description
Evening Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Location: Lahore DHA Phase 8 (In-Person)
AL GHANI Medical and Surgical is seeking a skilled Team Lead/Supervisor to manage our Cold Calling Agents for a USA-based appointment-setting campaign in the medical and aesthetic services sector. Ideal candidates should possess 2-3+ years of experience in BPO or call center environments, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 5-10 agents, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct quality assurance reviews, and provide training.
Requirements: Proficient English communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and readiness to work night shifts are essential.
