Job Description
Unze London is in search of a highly qualified Restaurant HR Manager to enhance our team. The successful candidate will oversee HR functions with a focus on employee relations, policy development, and compliance specifically within the restaurant sector.
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or an MBA with a specialization in HR
– 6 to 8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity within the hospitality industry
– Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and effective employee engagement methods
– Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage HR operations while promoting employee engagement initiatives
– Oversee recruitment and training activities
– Ensure adherence to all labor regulations
