Job Description
Resource Management BPO is on the lookout for a skilled and driven Call Center Closer. In this role, you will engage with qualified leads, conduct persuasive sales conversations, and effectively close deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with pre-qualified leads and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Address objections and negotiate effectively to secure sales.
- Build trust with potential clients and follow up with undecided leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer service.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
- Proven persuasion and negotiation skills.
