Job Description

Resource Management BPO is on the lookout for a skilled and driven Call Center Closer. In this role, you will engage with qualified leads, conduct persuasive sales conversations, and effectively close deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with pre-qualified leads and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Address objections and negotiate effectively to secure sales.
  • Build trust with potential clients and follow up with undecided leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer service.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
  • Proven persuasion and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
