Job Description
Position Overview: Join Smart Brains Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. as a Verifier or Self-Verifier in our call center. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of health insurance applications and eligibility determinations while supporting our clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma; healthcare administration or insurance certifications preferred.
- Experience: Call center or healthcare experience is advantageous.
- Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication, problem-solving abilities, technical proficiency with software, and understanding of ACA and Medicare regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00 – Rs500,00 per month
