Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is looking for a skilled Senior IT Support Officer to improve our IT operations. This role involves installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Windows client operating systems, providing daily support to users, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing the latest techniques for efficient laptop and desktop deployments. Additional responsibilities include managing IT inventory and configuring both network and local printers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities, are essential for this position. A graduate degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
