The ideal candidate should hold a CA Finalist qualification (with 1-2 papers remaining) and possess 5-6 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in the manufacturing sector. Strong expertise in financial management, hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 365), and exceptional communication skills are essential.
