Job Description
Enpower Engineering & Services is actively seeking a committed and detail-oriented individual for the role of Customer Care Services Representative. The primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting follow-up calls to clients to gather feedback upon job completion.
- Promoting our services to both new and existing clients.
- Responding to calls from existing clients regarding site or generator issues and reporting these concerns to the services manager.
- Ensuring meticulous record-keeping of all client interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
