Job Description
RissoX is currently seeking a dedicated CRM & System Administrator to manage our brokerage CRM while facilitating integration with MT5 and other platforms. This role encompasses overseeing client onboarding, compliance processes, financial reconciliations, and back-office operations, all while maintaining system security and efficiency.
Your primary responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining the brokerage CRM, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations, managing client deposits and withdrawals, and generating detailed reports on fund flows and trading activities. You will collaborate with diverse teams to provide essential support and drive operational excellence.
